If you’re looking to take your cake decorating skills to the next level and want the polished look you may have seen in Bridal magazines, then this is the class for you. We will learn how to cover cakes, swags, ruffles, ribbon roses, cutouts, and more! We will also learn how to “marble” and color fondant, and discuss different types of fondant. If you loved Play-doh as a child, you’ll love this class.

Some materials will be provided for your use during class.

Class is limited to 6. Pre-requisite: Beginning Cake Decorating

Please bring: Apron, a 2 layer lightly iced 8” cake, rolling pin, and something to bring your cake home in/on. *Icing may be purchased at our store prior to class date or, you can make your own.

Class will be approximately 2 hours. All classes are held at our store.
