How To Order

Ordering Online
Placing an order online is easy, secure, and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the "check out" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order.

Pickup option now available!
If you live nearby or will be traveling through the St Cloud Minnesota area and wish to pick up your prepaid order at the store, choose the "In-Store Pickup" option upon check out or call in your order and we'll have it ready for you! We strive to have all orders ready for pickup within 2 business days, excluding holidays. You will receive an email indicating when your order is ready to be picked up.

A $2.50 service fee will apply.

If you prefer, you can call us at (320) 259-9230 or our toll free number at 1-800-850-9171 and a representative will be happy to assist you. Should you receive our voicemail leave your name and number and your call will be returned within 2 business days.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of Minnesota are charged 7.375% sales tax. Orders sent to destinations outside the state of Minnesota are exempt from sales tax.

Payment Options
CCWSupply accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and Money Orders. We are sorry we are unable to accept personal checks for mail orders.

Orders paid for by money order will be processed when payment is received. Please allow extra processing time for this option.

SHIPPING and/or PROCESSING

Additional shipping costs may be required due to the weight or size of your order. Such costs will be added to your card prior to shipping (i.e. box cases, dummy cakes, etc.)

All orders shipped via USPS-Priority, UPS, or Speedy Delivery. For orders that qualify for Speedy Delivery Service actual shipping costs may be lower than orginally charged and a refund will be issued in the form of a check enclosed with your order. Maren's Cake 'n' Candy Supply will determin the best shipping method.

We apologize, we are not able to ship outside the US at this time.

We will ship to US Territories however additional shipping will apply.

We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items to similar in stock items unless customer requests "No Substitutions Please" in the special instructions box upon checkout.

Our ESTIMATED time of delivery for all in-stock orders is 3-10 business days from the date of order. Maren's Cake 'n' Candy Supply will determine best shipping option. Changes or Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order at any time if it has not been shipped. Please call us at (320) 259-9230 if you wish to change or cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded for the amount of the order less a transaction fee of $2.50 per order.

Returns and Exchanges
We are confident you will be happy with our products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the quality or condition of your order please call us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will do everything reasonably possible to rectify the problem.

If you should need to return an item please call us at (320) 259-9230 or (800) 850-9171 within 5 days of receiving your order for prior authorization. Returns are only accepted on unopened or nonperishable items. We are unable to accept returns on cake stands, candy molds, edible items, books, cake toppers, or seasonal items.

Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping on returned items. Customer is also responsible for properly packaging items for reshipping to ensure against damage.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned items deemed unsellable by our management.
